The field is made of 8 ha of olive trees, organic grown, that Giorgos aims for enriching, spreading a multitude of trees, fruit trees and others, green fertilizers (trefoil, mustard,...) and vegetables seeds easy to grow (broad beans, rocket,...). The idea is to create, on this single-crop farming, some kind of nourishing forest. We already find, mushrooms, fruits and edible plants.
